Tim is a managing partner at Brown Law, PLLC and has extensive experience representing immigrants in front of USCIS, Immigration Courts across the country and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He is known for his impeccable attention to detail, keen intelligence and ability to research unique solutions in the most difficult of cases. Tim developed these skills as a finance attorney working for two elite international law firms where he represented large hedge funds, industry leaders and Fortune 500 Global Companies on major financial restructuring deals. At Brown Law, he mentors a team of attorneys, reviews and edits all of the Firm’s written work and independently researches novel strategies for difficult cases. Tim ensures that every client receives the highest quality representation and best possible outcome.
Tim lives in Virginia with his wife and business partner, Kalie, and their two children, William & Elizabeth. He is a lifelong dog lover and enjoys running on the weekends.
