A Cuban American raised in an immigrant family in Miami, John brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the immigrant communities he serves as an associate attorney at Brown Law. He knows firsthand what it means to grow up in a family shaped by the U.S. immigration system, and that empathy drives everything he does for his clients. At every stage of a case, John is in the fight — arguing for release at bond hearings, building and presenting the case at trial, and appearing at asylum and USCIS interviews.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, John communicates with his clients with the cultural fluency and emotional intelligence of someone with immigrant roots. His clients don’t just receive legal advice — they receive honest, precise guidance from an empathetic attorney who understands what is truly at stake for their family.
Outside the office, John lives in Virginia with his gecko, Norbert, and performs as a guitarist and vocalist with his band at venues throughout the DMV.
